Tiffany has worked across nearly every part of medical affairs: medical information, medical communications, field medical, training and content governance.
In her years in the biopharmaceutical industry, Tiffany has led the development of medical information resources, represented the science to physicians in the field, led training for field medical teams, and run the review process that keeps scientific content accurate.
She developed medical information and field content at Janssen, supported medical affairs in cardiology and neuromuscular disease at Cytokinetics while the company was preparing for its first launch, worked as a respiratory Medical Science Liaison at GSK, and led training and development for the entire field medical team at Dompé. At Genentech she leads medical content review operations across six therapeutic areas.
That range means she can speak to every part of medical affairs and how the pieces work together. She has done it at every stage of a company's growth, from a pre-launch biotech company to large pharma organizations like Genentech.
Her foundation is clinical. She began as a managed care pharmacist at OptumRx and the Central California Alliance for Health, evaluating drugs for P&T committees.
Each move added a new part of the function. Her full work history is on her résumé and LinkedIn.
